STOP SETTLING
for the industry standard of hand-written trade-in reports and 50 MB photos in an email.
IT’S BROKEN. FIX IT.
The problem has always been there. We’ve been doing trade-in reports and inspections all wrong. For some reason no one has created a uniform industry standard for the condition report we rely on to conduct our business every day. And we’re here to change that by addressing the problems we all face.
Most trade-in reports are done by hand and then scanned onto an email. It’s usually unclear and difficult to share or store electronically.
Since trade-in, inspections are done quickly, there is a lot of missing information. Which keeps you from getting or giving top dollar for your trade, and prevents you from getting a sale.
Storing iPhone pictures and a hand-written trade-in report is clumsy. And separating pictures and pdf’s in an email is a recipe for disaster (and fills up your email storage)!

We are equipment guys first. Our company is hired to perform end of lease inspections for banks all over North America, and we are also buying hundreds of trade-ins and end of lease equipment every month. We realized that condition reports often miss a lot of information. And that impacts what the equipment sells for. Or worse, we have to go back to our sellers and get money off because of damage or issues not noted on the inspection report.
We found that there is no industry standard for the inspection reports – specifically for material handling equipment.
Our goal is to create and maintain that high standard so our customers can make more sales.
When you accurately document a piece of equipment, you eliminate any post-sale drama. And you are willing to pay more – or be PAID more for your trades.
